the funny thing about people who have just a diet cola for dinner, is that its not going to help you get skinny. Yes, you’re not eating food, but afew reasons.
- Soda makes you bloat, carbonation does too.
- Not eating slows down your metabolism and makes you gain more weight.
- Diet soda isn’t any better than normal soda.
